Report Favourites

I have an end user solution that is now populated with hundreds of reports.

the user wants to know have something that represents "Favourites" like IE
but leaving the reports in their original folders. So like shortcuts to
thier most often used reports.

Can this be done or has anyone else done this before and can give me afew
ideas.

Hi Mark,

We do not have a built-in feature that does this however thank you for the
suggestion. This would make a good addition to a later release of
ReportBuilder. One option may be to keep track of the frequency each report
is viewed using another field in the Items table, then using this
information, compiling a list of favorites. Another would be to keep track
of the date each report was viewed and make a list of the most recently
viewed.

No problem. My commission is only 10% as thats two recent ideas I have fed
in ;-)

Its a real problem here so Im going to have a think how we could do it,
thanks for your suggestion. If you have any further chance to look at this
I'd be grateful.

I now have the link for 10.04 so Im going to download so as to try the email
(as a previous post) issues I had and request that patch.
