Barcode right align

Maybe outdated, but we made some changes to the ppDrwCmd and ppBarcod units
of RB7.03 to let the barcode de center/right aligned in the defined area.
If DM has no problem with it I will send them / post here the changed
procedures of both units.



It might not be the most efficient way to do it, but at least now or
end-users can decide how to align the barcode (something I strongly believe
it should be an standard feature)



We also made the changes for Gnostice. (maybe they could confirm also that
we may post the changes)



Please do not see this as a complaint to RB that we did it ourselves. We
just needed it. It might be interesting for others also. (I did find some
posts about it)
