The designer history in the file menu is controlled by the rbuilder.ini file located in the \Windows\ directory. If you take a look at the [Last Reports Accessed] key, you will see a list of files along with a "max" value. Setting the max value to 0 and removing the file names will keep the history from ever displaying.
