Printing summary on bottom of page

edited July 2007 in End User
Hi
I have to make a report for an invoice,
If I put the totals in the footer then they are printed on the bottem of the
page but on each page if i say the footer has to be printed on the first an
last page, or on the bottem of the last page if I say it must be printend on
the last page, but then if the document is only 1 page it is not printed at
all.

The summery must be the right place for the totals, but How can I print it
at the bottem of the page.

So pleas How can i make the totals be printed at the bottem of the last
page?

    Hi Rob,

You can use the SummaryBand.PrintPosition property to move the summary band
where you need it on the last page.

    Dear Nico,

Can you tell me how to do that? It is not quite clear to me what to put
there to make it print at the bottem.

    Hi Rob,

Depending on how big your summary band is, you can define where the top
position of the summary band will begin using the PrintPosition property.
So if you are printing to a 8.5 x 11 inch piece of paper with .5 inch
margins and your summary band is 1 inch tall, you could set the print
position to 9.5 to position it on the bottom of the page.
