JPEG Quality inside multiple PDF

edited June 2009 in End User
Hi people,
I've got an issue with a customer report and I can't get out of this..
It's my first time in a RB newsgroup so forgive me if I miss some kind of
details.. feel free to ask me anything you need to solve
my issue.

So, here's the matter.. when my customer extract a SINGLE pdf report,
everything goes well and it show up perfect.. but, when they extract
MULTIPLE reports, the JPEG quality of the images inside my report is
reeeeeally poor!!

So, the issue is :
R = 1 ---> Perfect Images
R > 1 ---> Poor Quality Images

Any ideas?

Thanks to everyone who'll be interested ^_^
Have a nice week

Luca

    Hi Luca,

    Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using? Are you using the
    built-in PDF device or a third party device such as TExtraDevices or
    Gnostice?

    If you are using the built-in PDF device, be sure the
    Report.PDFSettings.ScaleImages property is set to False.

    Hi Nico,
    first of all thank you for your prompt reply.. (:

    I'm not the Developer of this software, anyway I think it's based on :
    Delphi 6 (pretty sure)
    Report Builder 9.03 (sure)

    We're using the built in PDF device, and this is the first time that occurs
    this kind of problem (as far as i know)
    anyway, as soon as the dev come back, I'll ask him about the property you
    asked, and more informations.

    Best Regards
