RB12 PrintToFile - xlsDataFile / xlsReportFile
Hi
We are having a couple of issues with the new xls outputs
1. If one of the fields in the report is an integer, and there is no
value in the field, then the xls export shifts all the subsequent columns
one to the left, thus rendering the column headings out of sync with the
data.
2. In the PrintToFile settings
The Header Band captions are required for the output, but if there are
fields set in the detail band then, in the xlsDataFile Output these are
repeated in columns after then main output. However if you print to
xlsReportFile these fields are not repeated.

Check the Help | About of the report designer to determine the ReportBuilder
version. If you are not using RB 12.02, please update and retest.
If you have an issue with RB 12.02, please create a simple example project
that we can build and run here. Use standard Delphi components and RB. Dump
some of your data to ClientDataSets or use the DBDemos data. Send in zip
format to support@

On a random sample of 2 reports 12.02 seems to resolve this issue.
