Acces violation error on Export XLS data file

I am finding with several reports which return large amounts of data the
report prints satisfactorily to screen or to printer, but gives an access
violation error when using 'Print To File' XLS Data File.

Any suggestions?

The XLS format has a maximum of 65,536 rows. Are you exceeding that number?

Please specify environment info: Windows version, Delphi version, RB Version
(check the Designer Help About), database engine, data access components,
printer etc.
