I'm using 14.08 Enterprise version in X3 and I cannot get the data tab to display at runtime. I know I've done this before but I cannot for the life of me figure out what I'm missing.

At the top of the main form there are helpful comments.
Short answer to your question is to add daIDE to the 'uses' clause.
