email function not working on one machine

RB enterprise v 15.02
We have a customer who has multiple machines, on one, when the report
preview is visible, selecting the email button has no effect. Whereas for
other users the report would be saved as a pdf and the outlook send screen
displayed.
Can you offer any diagnostic ideas to help us track down why the email
function does not work?

Take a look at the following article on troubleshooting email problems.
My guess is that perhaps your customer has the 64 bit version of
Outlook installed and is running a 32 bit reporting application.
