Try contacting the publishers of ODAC and inquire as to whether they are aware of a ReportBuilder DADE plug-in for ODAC.
If one does not exist, you should be able to create one by using the Director Oracle Access plug-in (daDOA) as a starting point and then modifying the class names. The DADE thread of the Tech Tips newsgroup contains an overview of the architecture. And you can post additional questions here.

I found a DADE plug-in for ODAC. (It is not listed on our DADE plug-ins page, so I do not know whether is works correctly, but it would definitely be a good starting point).
