If some values in one of my DADE datasets are at a certain value i would
like to cancel the report and create a 'NoData'Report, or a empty report.
How could i achieve this in RAP ??

1. Cancel a report from RAP. You can use the Report.OnInitializeParameters
event. Set the Cancel parameter to True.
2. A NoDataReport can be produced by configuring the Report.NoDataBehaviors
property.
