Printing "Continue" on first page of a group

I have a report with a group, in the group footer i would like to
print "Continue" only if the report contains more the one page and
print "End" only in the last page of the group or in the first page if
the report is only one page

Take a look at the following example. This example is not coded in RAP
however there should be no problem moving the code to RAP if you need.
