Support Emails not responded to / not going through?

Sorry to use the forum for this, but I haven't been able to get replies from support@digital-metaphors.com since Sep 24th, and I just wanted to make sure that this is the correct email address, or if my emails may not be getting through?
The subject of the email is "TppPDFComponent not rendering entire page".
