Image print goes black

I have one report the prints the picture of people. Ocurrs in many customers the image prints black.
The error is random, doesn´t hapens in all records. Any one can help me?

Hi Rodrigo,

Which version of ReportBuilder and Delphi are you using? This is an issue that was fixed a few versions ago. Please be sure you are using the latest version of ReportBuilder and re-test.

My version is 7.03. This error is Knowed? The update will solve? My atual reporters will be work nice in this new version?

Yes, this was an issue that affected earlier versions of ReportBuilder. Upgrading to the latest version will likely solve the issue. To be sure, you can download the trial edition from our website and test.

The version of ReportBuilder you are using is over 20 years old so upgrading will be a very large jump in versions. We work very hard to keep backward compatibility however some work may be necessary getting your application working with the latest version. If you decide to purchase a new license, we are here to help!

I can´t install the new version

Cannot load package 'rbRTL217'.
It contains unit 'ppTypes,'which is also contained in package 'rbECL77'

You will need to remove all RB related packages from the Delphi installed components list before installing the new version.

1. Uninstall ReportBuilder.

2. Open Delphi and open the Component | Install Packages dialog.

3. Look for any RB packages such as DB connections, RTF addons, etc. and remove them.

4. Reinstall ReportBuilder.
