PDF Output has problem with cyrillic character

I'm use Report Builder Enterprise 21.01 with Delphi 10.4

Then I try to use PDF output from my reports with cyrillic symbols
I'm getting "?" character instead of russian symbols

PDFSettings.FontEncoding := feUnicode;
