ShiftRelativeTo not being set in 20.01

We recently upgraded our reportbuilder from version 10.07 to 20.01. most things seems to work fine after upgrade, however we have found one issue we cant solve.
We use ShiftReleativeTo in our 10.07 version for some components. in the old version we could set the ShiftRelativeTo either in the dropdown in the designer or in code. In version 20.01 there is no fields in the dropdown and if we try to set it in code it ends up as nil.
What are we missing here? what has changed that affects this and how can i correct it?

There are no known issues with the ShiftRelativeTo feature in RB 20. Note that only stretchable components (i.e. Subreports, memos, RichText, etc) will show up in the drop-down If you create a new report from scratch, are you able to see any stretchable components?

Upon further research, there was an issue fixed for RB 20.02 that may solve your issue. Please upgrade to the latest version of ReportBuilder to receive the fix and re-test.
