TppVariable negative values DisplayFormat not preserved when DeviceType is dtXlsxReport

negative values format is not preserved when DeviceType is dtXlsxReport, data is formatted correctly when DeviceType is screen, for example; "18,288.00-" is shown as ",18288.00-", note the improper placement of the comma, positive values format as expected.

I created a patch for RB 19.02 to resolve this issue.

I recommend updating to RB 19.02 and then apply the patch. (Your active RB license subscription provides access to both). Please email support@ and request the patch
