Missing paper-trays for Brother HL 5350DN

One of our customers uses a Brother HL 5350DN having 3 paper-trays.
- Using windows all of them are available.
- Using RB 18.0 on delphi XE only the first one is available.

Screenshots could be provided!

Any ideas what is going wrong?

Hi Carsten,

Never heard of this before.

Try downloading the driver and test it. I downloaded the driver and tested with RB 19.01 Delphi 10.2.3 and 7 paper trays are available from Windows Printer Panel and from RB same 7 plus 'Default' (always added by RB).

could you test this printer with RB 18.0?
Have there been any changes on detecting amount of trays from RB18 to RB19?
