Can I create only the Title band as a page

Hi All
I want to create the Title Band as the first page of my report.
Basically I need a Cover page.
The data stores in a ppRichText component in Title band.
I need after print the Title band the page breaks here and starts a new
page with
all header and detail band detail.
Is it possible?
Please suggest me a right direction for this.
Any demo regarding this will help me.

The title band has a NewPage boolean property.
