Access Violation with RBuilder

I am getting an Access Violation Error message when I open up a ppReport in
designer mode and attempt to add a pplabel. The message is

Access Violation at address 03534586 in module 'rbRCL55.bpl'. Read of
address 00000008.

I did a full uninstall and reinstall of RBuilder, opened up a simple form
and added the ppReport - and I get the error.

Rbuilder 5.5 Enterprise

Any suggestions appreciated.

I since talked to tech support and it turns out that if your default printer
is not connected you get thyis error message. Once I set the default to a
connected printer, all was fine.

usaully this is caused by information stored in rbuilder.ini that has
changed, like a screen resolution or printer driver. so just delete
rbuilder.ini.
