IBO4 and RB

In case anyone is wondering, the daIBO file must have IBDataset changed to
IBODataset on line 14, in order for it to work with IBO Version 4. Since
both versions of IBO will exist for quite some time, I wonder if there is a
clever compiler directive that could be used to select the proper file
version for the version of IBO? At any rate, it's not that big a deal to
change it manually.
