End-user manual

Hello,

I wanted to ask this again, is there really no way to get the end-user
manual in a format that can be converted to Word or any other frequently
used word processor?

    We don't have the EndUser Guide in any other format but PDF (in English). We
    can provide the FrameMaker source files for the EUGuide, if that helps.

    The German version of theEUGuide is only available in Word doc format, as it
    was created by some of our wonderful customers.
