Print jobs not finishing spooling

I've just upgraded from RB Ent 5.55 to 5.56 and have users of two different
systems (both recompiled with 5.56) experiencing a similar problem. From
time to time, a print job fails to complete and the printer queue simply
shows it as spooling. If this job is cancelled, the other jobs behind it in
the queue print OK. It seems quite intermittent with no apparent specific
conditions which cause it to happen.

Download the latest printer driver from the manufacturer. Do the reports
preview correctly?

Yes - they do preview correctly - but then they print correctly most of the
time.

I'm going to look into getting more recent printer drivers, but this
situation is occurring on different printer types.

Thanks for you help - I'll get back to you if the printer drivers don't
resolve it.
