Rbuilder Bidi and RTL awareness

I am new to Rbuilder. I consider the Ent version. (need the RAP).
All my development is done to the RightToLeft Market. (Hebrew and Arabic).
1. Are the Rbuilder componenets aware of the BiDiMode property of Delphi ?
(like when a form has BiDiMode bdRightToleft all componenets will be drawn
from the rigth to the left - as it is with dbGrid and InfoPower's wwDbGrid)

2. can the end user interface be translated to a RTL (Right To Left)
language ?
