AV when trying to install RB 6.3

I just downloaded the Delphi 5 version of the update and trued to install
it, but it immediately fails with an AV. I downloaded it twice, but still
have no luck!

I just installed 6.03 into Delphi 5 again, with no problems.
Which version are you trying to install: Standard, Pro, or Ent? What is
your machine configuration?

My machine:

Win2Kwith latest update pack
Delphi 4
Delphi 5 update #1
Delphi 6 update #1
Teechart 5.02 for D6
RB 6.03 Enterprise
HP Laserjet 5 installed default printer
Lexmark Optra SE 3455 printer also installed

But remember: The RBENT5.EXE fails immediately after it is executed.

To complete the info:
I start RBENT5.EXE, the wise installer shows its small startup screen, the
full blue screen is displayed and then a message dialog pops up with: The
Exception "unknown softwareerror (this is translated form german!) "
(0x0eedfade) has occured at 0x77e7f142 with OK and ABORT Buttons.
