Problem printing image

edited November 2001 in General
Hi,
I have a report that print image and it does not produce the same quality
from different computer even though it print to the same printer.
Does it have anything to do with the graphic adapter in the each computer?
I have one machine that only display 256 color and another that display 24
bit?
Is there any way to solve this problem beside putting in the same graphic
card?
Vinh,

Yes, same printer driver and settings.

We have heard of this behavior before. The drivers rely on dll's. If the
dll's are installed from Windows, then they may be of different versions.
Are the two computers using the same version of Windows? Some customers
have had good luck when uninstalling the printer driver's completely and
    reinstalling them.
