Line under last detail-band of page

Hi,
i try to do the following.
To draw a grid i use vertical lines in the detail section.
Because a memo is placed there, the last detail-line is
at a new position on every page.
I now want to draw a line after the last detail-band of
every page, to 'close' this grid.
So I'm missing the band 'last_detail_to_foot'.
Or is there a way to request, if the actual detail-band
is the last of the actual page, so that I can make a
line visible/invisible??
