The hints in ppWWRichEd.pas says:

But, after I search all my hard disk, I don?t find nothing similar to
rbRBIP44.bpl.
Where do I find it?

Look for 'rbIP*', there is a InfoPower directory in folder 'RBuilder'.

There is only runtime package, where is the design time package?

please read the 'ReadMe.doc' from the 'RBuilder\InfoPower' directory. The
package I have, is for runtime and design time.
