Printing Error

Hello All:

Our customer just developed a problem printing on their computer. Our
app uses Delphi 5/ReportBuilder 6.01. When they try to print a specific set
of reports, they get a message "Screen Printer Does Not Support Printing".

Can anybody help us with this message ??? Is this a windows error
message ??? Is it printer drvier related ???

If there are no printers installed on a machine, then
Report.PrinterSetup.PritnerName can be set to Screen. If you try to print,
then this is the message that you should get.

Make sure that your customer has a printer installed:)

Jim:

The report is set to print to the default printer the default printer
driver is a Lexmark Dot Matrix. Is reportBuilder picking up the default
printer as "Screen" ???
