Keep Together
I have a group defined with 'keep together' and 'reprint headers on
subsequent pages' both checked. When the group won't fit on the first page
(won't fit on any single page) of the report the header and footer are
displayed on page 1 but with no data. Page 2 starts with header, data, and
footers, everything looks good. The whole report from page 2 on is great.
However, if the first group is small enough to fit on the first page the
etire report works fine. In this particular case I found that the 'keep
together' was not required and when I unchecked it, the report runs fine.
But for future use, why did it do that? Doesn't it know it's on page 1 and
no matter how big the group is start printing?
Thanks for the help.
