Help! Installation problem

I just installed Report Builder Standard 6 for Delphi 5. Now Delphi locks
up on the splash screen. I'm stuck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am running Delphi 5 under Windows XP HE.

Correction. Delphi 5 does not actually lock up permanently. It simply
stays unresponsive for 5 minutes, then Delphi loads. Can anybody advise me
on how to correct this problem?
