Problems with Lexmark printers

I seem to have a few problems when printing to a Lexmark Optra S printers.

1. When I have 2 dbmemos that can stretch back to back and the second
dbmemo is set to ShiftRelativeTo the first. The first dbmemo last line gets
cut off or cut in half

2. I have an image in the title band and it is set to
(autosize,center,stretch) I seem to be having a problem with the image not
printing on a Lexmark optra S but prints fine on the optra E series

We have a Lexmark Optra Se3455, which works without any problems. Make sure
you have the latest printer driver installed for your printer.

Check your printer specification for the unprintable area, and set your
margins to be the same.

I do have the latest drivers but I am not sure where I check for the
unprintable area at?
Would is also affect my first problem?

What OS and exact driver are you using? I'll download that driver and use it
on our Optra printer.
