Printing in colour comes out grey

edited January 2002 in General
To recap: some of my users are having problems printing in colour, although
it works fine on my printer.

1) When the user sets the printer to colour from the report's print dialog -
by selecting the Properties button, the colour setting is ignored and the
printout comes out in shades of grey

2) However when the user sets colour from the Windows Printer Panel, then
re-runs the Delphi application it does print in colour.

I have tried setting Report.SavePrinterSetup to true, but this has not
helped.
I believe the user has the latest print driver installed.

I am modifying the printer page layout in the BeforePrint event, I wonder if
this is causing the colour ignoring
effect on some printers??

Any suggestions why the default colour works, but the dialog properties
setting colour is ignored or how to fix it??
