Can't write ini file

I am using w2k station. If the user modified a report, it prompts 'can't
write ini file....' error and the machine hangs. If I login as an
administrator, this error dosn't occur. Which directory/right should I grant
to a user to use report designer?

The location of the file is under your control via the
TppDesigner.IniStorageName and IniStorageType properties. If the user
doens't have access to the windows system directories, then you'll have to
specify a local directory that has been granted to the user for their use.
