TeeChart missing dcu

Delphi 5 prof, RB 6.03
Try to do something with the TeeChart delivered with Delphi (TeeChart Pro
4.02)
I put a Chart on a Report and designed it.
While designing TeeChart on Form and in Report is shown. Printout possible.

If i try to compile the project then IEditCha.dcu ist missing.
Can't find any IEdit*.* file - had i not installed it ?
