Selecting Multiple Component

In Delphi i can hold shift and select a component and it will let me lay out
multiple components without having to re-select the desired component each
time, I realize Report Builder doesn't use Delphi's same tool bar format,
but is there any way i can select a component and continue to lay it down
until the cursor is selected?

We don't have that yet, but it is on the enhancement ToDo list. You'll have
to copy 'n' paste the component in the designer for now.
