AV Error Viewing Report.

I have a report with several sub reports on it that intermittantly
when sending the report to the viewer I get the following AV error.
Has anyone seen this error before and do you have a clue as to what
might be causing it?


Exception 'EPrintError' in module autostarIIK.exe at 00125841
Cannot generate report.

Access violation at address 1002490B in module 'HPBLFF1.DLL'. Read of
address 01423000

Are you at Delphi deign time? There is an article in the TechTips newsgroup
in the Printer thread, which describes hot to resolve a printer
initialization error.
