Error With TeeChart

Hi,
I installed in my delphi the teechart 5. 02 AND RB. 6. 03 but I don't get
to activate the package that adds the support to the teechart.
When I try to activate I receive the following error message:
"It was not possible to locate the point of entrance of the procedure
@Teetranslate@initialization$qqrv in the library of entail dynamic tee56.
bpl "
(N?o foi poss?vel localizar o ponto de entrada do procedimento
@Teetranslate@initialization$qqrv na biblioteca de v?nculo din?mico

Be sure to install Teechart first, then RB. This error usually means that
there are different versions installed for the run time and design time
packages. See your installed RBuilder help file. Look in the contents page
for the Teechart topic and find the 'Compiling the ReportBuilder TeeChart
x.xx Packages' for your version of Delphi and Teechart.
