NewReport?
Having placed a TppReport component on a form, how to programmatically
delete any existing report elements, and replace it with a brand new report
of default properties?
That is, similar to clicking File | New Report from the Designer.
Is there some sort of TppReport.NewReport method? (How does the Designer do
it?)

Simply put your default report into a template (which you can store either
in a database or as a file) and reload it. If you want a new blank report
which you populate with components completly by code, you have to free and
re-create the ppReport.
