Print empty subreport

Hello,

I have a subreport that is linked to a dataset.
I have a summary in that subreport that needs to be printed always. How can
I make that the subreport is printed, even if there are no records for the
dataset the subreport is linked to?

    I've found a thread indicating:

    You can set the detail DataPipeline.SkipWhenNoRecords property to
    True/False to control whether the master record prints when there is no
    corresponding detail.

    But I'm using reports that are saved in the database (runtime designer), how
    can I set this property over here.
