Error with printing; set-up changes

We use report builder and have no problem with any printers apart from a
Canon Fax-L350.

All printers show up OK when you go to print out, however this one changes
the printers paper size. This is causing headers and footers not to print. -
I've tried re-installing drivers, and the only reason I have this printer is
a client brought 10 of them and they all get the same problem.

I've even made a fresh app and i'm not doing anything to the printer
settings before I ask the report to print. Both apps show the same.

Is this a known probelm that report builder has problems with paper size?
I've tried using a windows printer dialog box and that works fine, even from
the same apps I have the problem printing from report builder in.

You may have to create a special reports for this printer, which are resized
to fit on that printer's printable area. Most likely, the problem is that
the driver is returning a larger area available than it can actually print
to. You should be able to get better results by shrinking the size of the
report for this printer.
