Formated form

Hi!
I have fixed formated gorvornment form with fixed number of detail rows
to print. The format contains many lines and boxes. I wish to print all
the detail rows lines and boxes even if there isn't enought records to fill
it all. How do I do that?

I would try using a PageStyle to emulate the form. Use the detail band to
show the data only...
