Empty Pages on Win9.x Computers

Hello,

after switching from RB 4.51 to 5.5 and short time later to 6.03 some
of our customers have problem to print on Win 9x computers. The
preview works always fine, but the printer create empty pages.

In an other case one customer told us, the local printer print well,
but the network printer create empty pages.

We have no problems with NT and Win2000.

Any idea?

I don't have a silver bullet answer on this one. We do have Windows 98
computers we test with here and (of course) reports print fine for us from
these. Probably the best way to attack this one is to pick one report
that's not working, get the exact OS version, printer manufactuer and model
(and driver if possible) and let us take a crack at it. You can send the
