Teechart 5.02 and RB 6.03

I have created a report with a chart in it. In design mode it prints fine.
In an application running on my computer it runs fine, outputs to an archive
file, and closes without error. When I run it on any other computer, it
blows an access violation 004942E8, read of address 000000AC. If I make the
chart invisible it runs fine everywhere.

I have built with packages and have confirmed that all computers have the
latest BPL files.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

When exactly does it AV? When you print to the screen, archive, or printer?
Try testing with a simple report which has a single chart in it and nothing
else. Create a test project to do this, not your app. The test project
should have the least amount of code possible, so we can isolate RB source
as the code which is blowing up (with Teechart, of course) Then check to
see if the other computers hves the same printer driver installed, if any.
If they do have different default printers installed, then make sure you
have the latest drivers available form the manufacturer. Are the other
machines running different versions of Windows? Send us an example, or tell
us how to reproduce the problem on our machines. Please include the default
printer's driver that is installed when these AV's occur, as well as all the
    other relevant hardware infomation. support@digital-metaphors.com
