    downloaded the demo
    http://www.digital-metaphors.com/tips/AlignSummaryToBottom.zip
and found that i have to write code in order to make band alian to bottom...
this isn't cool in my point of view.. it's a most used feature, invoice, PO,
contract anything that has a signature space need it. is there any other way
to do it? if no I may give up report builder and choose something else.

Areed, it would be a nice feature to stick in RB so you won't have to code
it. Another option, is to set the SummaryBand.PrintPosition. I think this
is what you are looking for.

    It's on the ToDo list.

As far as RB being more expensive, I will only say that it appears that
FastReport was built using our code as well as other reporting tool's code.
We don't release the source to RAP, for this reason. Keep in mind, you also
get Digital Metaphors support when you buy from us. Thankyou, for
    evaluating.

    code.
    also
emmm......... but in fast report's report preview you can even modify the
data...creating controls for records instead of printing them reusing the
same set of control..... this is the same in report builder?
it's kinda unavoidable as your source is available on purchase.

and how's your upgrade policy? this feature is important and I don't wanna
pay in order to get it when it's ready...

Usually, our upgrades have been free. Only recently, have we introduced a
policy where, if you don't stay current with the free upgrades, then it will
cost you to upgrade. Releases for a particular version have been free, as
long as you upgrade to them in a timely manner, ie. if you had RB 6.0, you
can upgrade to RB 6.03 for free. Currently, 5.56 is the oldest version we
offer a free upgrade to 6.03.

For example, look at the history of RB and our upgrade policy. If you had
RB 4 Professional, you could upgrade to RB 5.0 Enterprise for free (30 day
window), when we released RAP. If you kept upgrading with every release
(they were free)- you could be using RB 6.03 Enterprise right now, if you
purchased RB 4 Pro a long, long, long time ago. In the future, I doubt that
we would be able to afford to provide this kind of policy in the future, for
new product features, but I would expect to see that if you want to keep the
same version, and get the latest and greatest build of ReportBuilder, then
the upgrades would continue to be free.
