TppComponent in Datamodule/WebModule

I know in the past you could not put a TppReport and other components on a
TDatamodule.
1) Is that still true?
2) Is that true for a Webmodule?
3) If so, what components is it true for (Pipelines?)

IIS seems to crash if I just make a simple little ISAPI extension that
returns some text, but has a TppReport sitting on the TWebModule.

In order to support Delphi 6, we made it possible so that you could have a
report on a TDatamodule in RB 6.0.

As long as you steer clear of Richtext and Teecharts (to avoid theading
issues), you should be able to place a report on a TWebModule.
