Hi,

I need to summarize some records that meet one condition but at the same
time to exclude them from the detail band...


? how can i skip this record from a detail band ?

Create a calculated field on the dataset which has these records summarized.
You could place this calc field in a lookup query so that you can use the
values in the summaryband's variable calculation. Since there is a separate
query to get these calc fields, you can easily exclude these records in the
main query for the report, so that the detail bands are never generated for
them.
