Blank Report when DataSet has no record.

Hello,

I have created a report that uses JIT pipeline. Sometimes there is no data
and RB just displays a blank page. I would like to have to still display
the header and perhaps some special verbage indicating that this report has
no data.

How can I do this? I am using RB 4.22

Upgrade to RB 6.03. We added a Report.NoDataBehaviors property which lets
you control this. Contact info@digital-metaphors.com with your full
