Moving regions - enclosed components get displaced

I reported this back in 6.02 and its still a problem in 6.03
fyi.

When selecting a region and shifting using shift arrow, the
enclosed components move more than the region itself. Also if
cut and pasting, the pasted copy has the enclosed components
shifted up and left. a real pain when working with closely
defined regions.

Yes you are right it is only when the components in the region are selected
that the ctrl arrow moving is a problem. I sometimes find that the 'enclosed'
components are not linked properly to the region and so don't move with it.
Usually this is when the component is another region which I want included in
the 'parent'

btw I use RBAddOns,though I haven't explored all the components, for the page
break component alone they are a god send, I tried for months to force a page
break by all the techinques recommended her but to no avail - yours hits the
spot. Thanks.
