Will Delphi 6 SP 2 cause any problems with RB 6.03 ?

Hi

Just a quick question to check whether there will be any problems with
Report Builder Enterprise (Version 6.03) if I install the latest Delphi 6
Service Pack 2.

Delphi 6 Professional (SP1)

W2K (SP2)

I've been running D6 SP2 yesterday and today. No apparent problems. Also
running W2K OS.

I emailed a problem report to DM support last night. The problem is, if a
master table is linked with a detail table (in the designer Data tab), and
the master field is null (i.e. no detail exists), an 'Invalid Variant
Operation' occurs. SP2's readme file mentions a difference in the handling
of NULL variants which is probably the source of the problem. D6 SP2 / RB
6.03 / W2K.

I'm suprised there haven't been more reports of this problem in the
newsgroups.
